Why send this email?
Your learners received the assignment, but the assignment email option was off when the assignment was created and launched. You want to schedule a future delivery of the assignment email as a reminder for them to complete the assignment.
- From the Admin menu, select LEARNING > Assignments. The Assignments page displays.
- Locate the assignment for which you want to send a reminder email.
- Click > Edit.
- Click Next: Notify users. The Notify users page displays.
- Toggle the Enable assignment email switch to On.
- Select the date and time you want to send the email.
Note: The date and time are based on your local system settings, not the email recipients' settings.
- Enter your introductory text. The email preview updates as you type.
- Click Save assignment. The email will be sent on the selected date and time.
