Percipio Learning - Reset a User's Password

You can only reset a user's password by editing their individual account information. You cannot use Bulk Import to change a user's password.

  1. From the Admin menu, select USERS > User Management. The User Management page displays.
  2. Locate the user whose password you want to reset.
  3. In the Actions column, select More actions button, three vertical dots > the Edit button, a pencil Edit user. The Edit User page displays.
  4. Enter a new password in the Password field.
  5. Select Update.
  6. Communicate the new password to the user.
