The pcl. LMS helps you engage users and boost the number of learners who complete courses by reminding users to complete their training. You do this by setting up a repeated notification.
To create a repeated notification, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your pcl. LMS account as Administrator, go to Home > Events engine and click Add notification.
2. Type a Name for your notification in the respective field. (The name is visible only to you to recognize the notification. Learners will not see it.)
3. From the Event drop-down list, select the X hours after course acquisition event. (This means the notification will be triggered only for users that are still in progress X hours after they have been assigned to a course.)
4. From the Receiver drop-down list, choose a recipient for your notification. It can be a specific u or all users that are assigned to the course, an instructor or some type of administrator.
5. Add in when the first notification should be triggered in hours. Time starts from the moment the learner is assigned to the course.
