Percipio Learning - Download Assignment List

Site Admins and Learning Admins can view all assignments from the Assignment page. They can also download the full assignment list to get additional details of all assignments in one CSV file.

To download the assignment list:

From the Admin menu, select LEARNING > Assignments. The Assignments page displays.
Select Download Assignment List.

The downloaded Assignments list contains the following information:

Assignment title: The title of the assignment
Due date/days to complete: The number of days to complete the assignment or the assignment due date depending on how the assignment is configured.
Created by: The first and last name of the person who created the assignment.
Created date: The date the assignment was created.
Total users assigned: The total number of active users who received the assignment. This list does not show inactive users.
Audiences assigned: The name of the audiences who received the assignment.
Assignment status: The status of the assignment.
% of Completion: Of the total users assigned, how many have fully completed the assignment.
