Archive a Cohort

Archiving a cohort from a learning program is irreversible. You can only archive a cohort that has a status of In Progress.

Site admins and content coordinators and content curators with program management privileges can delete any In Progress cohort for any learning program.

To archive a cohort:

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Learning > Learning Programs. The Learning Programs page displays.
  2. Locate the In Progress cohort you wish to delete.
  3. From the Action menu, More actions button, three vertical dots select an image of a trash can Archive cohort.
  4. Confirm you want to archive the cohort. The cohort is immediately put in a status of Archived and can no longer be edited. You can still view the progress summary for the cohort. The program is immediately archived and no longer shows on the learner's Program page.
