PeopleFluent Learning - Allow Learners to Withdraw Not Showing

For some roles, the ability to withdraw from a course is not visible. This article will go through the configuration if you need to enable course withdrawal for specific roles.

This article assumes that the Learning Module has all the necessary configurations for allowing course withdrawal.

--In this example, we will be enabling for the System role of Learner.

1. Navigate to User-->System Roles.

2. Select the Learner Role.

3. Select Learner-Oriented Features

4. Search for Overall Status and set it to "Unrestricted" and then click the "Update access control settings" button to save changes.

Changes will take effect immediately and the withdrawal option is available to select.

NOTE: If the particular learning module is configured with a Class Schedule the withdrawal option disappears for Users from the learning module once the Session class schedule date has passed. The users themselves will not be able to withdraw so a System Admin will need to do a group withdrawal or if appropriate transfer them to another session.
